All Joyful Jesus products are made to order — crafted just for you when you place your order. Here's what to expect:

Production time: 3–7 business days

U.S. delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment

International delivery: 14–21 business days after shipment (varies by location)

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our products:

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong item received: If you received the wrong item, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right.

How to Request a Replacement

Email us or use our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you within two business days.

Cancellations

Since production begins quickly, we can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your item is already being made with love.
