All Joyful Jesus orders include FREE shipping within the United States.

Production Time:

Every item is printed on demand just for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Estimates:

United States: 5-12 business days (including production). International: 8-20 business days (including production), depending on destination.

Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

International Orders:

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days (US) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at hello@joyfuljesus.life and we will investigate with our shipping partner.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping to a corrected address may incur additional costs.
